Delivery and Click & Collect Information

Buying from Thompson's is simple: add your favourite items to your shopping cart, enter your information, choose click & collect or home delivery, fulfil your payment, and the only thing left is the wait. If you buy products from our webshop, you can choose click & collect or delivery within our delivery areas.

• You can choose to click and collect your items at one of our four locations.
• If you live in our delivery area, we deliver your items within five working days.

A third party company carries out deliveries. We only share information with the third party delivery company for delivery purposes. This information is destroyed once the delivery has been fulfilled. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We only offer a curbside delivery service. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, items will be left at the owner's risk.
