Visit Poppies Cafe, where you can enjoy barista quality coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. Our expert staff are amazing at baking homemade cakes, which make a perfect accompaniment to your cup of tea or coffee.

Start the day with a full English breakfast, or choose from a selection of Sandwiches and Toasties at lunchtime, which are all made fresh to order. 

We have an outside seating area nestled in amongst our fantastic plant area as well as plenty of space inside. We can also cater for larger parties. 

Gluten free options are available, and we are also allergen friendly.

Martin started working for Thompson’s in 2003. He was initially a plant manager who progressed onto his General Manager position in 2010.
