All exhibits should be named.  In close competition correct naming will be to the exhibitors advantage (see NDS rules for judging)

Note: All plant material to be natural Maximum exhibit size: width 24” depth 24” no height limit

Rules for Exhibitors & Show

  1. All classes in our Shows are open to everyone.
     

  2. Horticultural exhibits must be exhibitor’s own property and must have been cultivated by that person for at least two months prior to the Show. Please note this does not include the Floral Art classes.
     

  3. All entries must be in by the Wednesday prior to the show.  Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Show Secretary. 
     

  4. Two entries per exhibitor may be entered into each class.
     

  5. Vases and plates will be provided, and must be used by all exhibitors. Unless otherwise stated in the schedule.
     

  6. Exhibitors must not use show benches for preparation. Staging tables are provided and must be used for preparation of exhibits.
     

  7. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their show cards and seeing the correct card is placed on their exhibit.
     

  8. No person will be allowed in the Show Area during judging except the appointed stewards.
     

  9. The Committee will not be held responsible for any loss or damage or personal injury in the show area.
     

  10. All floral art arrangements must be staged and arranged by the exhibitor.
     

  11. Any matter not covered in the rules, will be decided by the Show Administrators. Any complains must be made in writing and handed to the Show Secretary before 3pm on the show day.
     

  12. Where not covered in the schedule, then RHS or National Associations’ rules will apply.
     

  13. THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES IS FINAL.  At their discretion, the Judges may withhold any prize if the exhibit be deemed not of sufficient merit.
     

  14. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any exhibits at the show.

     
  15. ALL NAMED EXHIBITS MUST BE ON PLAIN WHITE CARD IN BLUE OR BLACK INK.

     
  16. Please show your exhibit with good grace and accept the Judge's decision.
