Mint Apple Well-known herb noted for its fine flavour. Used for traditional mint sauce served with lamb. Can be chopped and sprinkled over vegetables or used in mint teas. Height 45-90cm ( 18-36 ), Spread - indefinite! |

Mint Basil A juicy aromatic mint with mauve flowers. A fully hardy variety the leaves are used in tomato and pasta dishes. Offers the summery taste of basil in spring! Ideal for tubs and pots. Height approx up to 60cm or 2ft. |

Mint Black Peppermint A highly aromatic perennial with very attractive dark purple stems. Adds flavour to sweets and cakes. Leaves may be added to summer drinks and used to make tea. Peppermint oil is widely used in confectionary. |
