March brings the start of Spring and hopefully some better weather to go with it. Our gardens are beginning to emerge from the slumbers of a cold winter with the first shoots of daffodils breaking through the soil.

What better way to help brighten your garden, than the use of the versatile Primrose.

This brightly coloured plant is great in all positions of your garden, including tubs, baskets and in window boxes. It can even be put in your indoor baskets, as long as it's kept in a cool position. Primroses are repeat flowering so make sure you dead-head them, they will also flower year after year.

All of our Primroses are locally grown at Thompsons Nurseries which means we can guarantee a good quality freshly grown plant. We can also offer a whole host of colour choices and combinations to inject an extra bit of brightness into any garden.

Peaches and pinks, pastel shades, red, orange, pure white, cream, burgundy, light blue just to name but a few. Then there's the bicolours, mixing two tones together like blue and white, and yellow and red. There really is a colour to suit everyone's tastes.

Primroses are fantastic value for money from just 85p per pot, so why not pick a few of your favourite colours and brighten your garden.
